Appointments and Cancellationss

I agree to pay Ternion, LLC (Kate Anderson) for services in full by the date of session. I understand there are no refunds after services have been charged. I agree to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or changes of scheduled appointments. I understand that missing a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation, or cancelling with less than 24 hours’ notice, will be charged to me at the full session rate. (Situational emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis). I understand that all appointments will end at the scheduled finished time, even if I arrive late.
